BAKING WORKSHOP: WHOOPIE PIES

Learn about this famous New England treat which, consists of soft chocolate cookies filled with a fluffy cream. You will work with a partner (bring a friend) and learn step-by-step, how to bake whoopie pies so be sure to bring your sweet tooth! Beginners welcome.

NT$950 per person

INCLUDES:
– small class (4-8 people) instruction
– 2.5 hour class
– ingredients & supplies
– box of completed baked goods to take home (at least 6 pieces)

Payment instructions will be emailed. There is a minimum requirement of 4 people to open each class. Maximum 8 people in each class. First come, first served.

Our Instructor:

Lillian is from New York, USA. She is a self-taught baker, and lover of sweets. she also dabble in recipe development and food photography. Some of Lillian’s past work can be found on the blog, Sweets by Sillianah. Lillian hopes to share her love of food and baking with new friends here in Taiwan!
